A group of dirty cops rob a bank for the Russian Orthodox mafia, but their perfect execution is thwarted by greed and they have to do another job before the mob will pay them…

They carefully plan a “999” call across the police frequency. “Triple 9” means Officer Down, and it would result in all units responding, giving them the window they’d need to break into the Department of Homeland Security.

Although the film had some good action sequences, it was too drawn-out and really lost its way…

Kate Winslet shines, but she couldn’t carry the film on her own.
